WORK PLACE ENVIRONMENT :
Environment is an important factor to get the best performance from all employees. We strictly maintain healthy and hygienic provisions as per ILO and Bangladesh labor laws and regulations. We have ensured the facilities bellow:

• Adequate working area
• Well ventilated and well lighted production floor
• Sufficient walkway in between sewing lines
• The production floor is made of pre fabricated single steel structure to minimize any accidental hazard
• he floor is under full time CCTV surveillance so there is no chance of female harassment.
• Strongly opposes force labor, Child Labor, Racism, Discrimination and exploitation of artisans and makes every possible effort to discourage such misconducts.

 INCENTIVES AND OTHER FACILITIES :
We are extending facilities to workers to encourage them for better performance. At present We are giving attendance bonus, efficiency bonus and employee of the month/year price.

The company is very much aware of and maintaining the buyer’s compliance as such:

>> Adequate supply of filtered drinking water
>> Provision of hygienic toilet facilities
>> Ensured use of Apron, Scarf, Mask, Metal gloves and needle guard during work
